Easy Breezy Case Study
For my Master’s program, I was told to find a local small business, to find a IMC related issue they may be having. I chose Easy Breezy, a low waste shop and refillery located in Birmingham, to be the focus of my case study.
Company History
Easy Breezy was founded in 2023 and started selling products at local markets while slowly growing their product line. By the end of 2023, Easy Breezy saw consistent growth in their business and decided to rent a storefront. After two months of renovations, they finally opened their doors in December of 2023. Unfortunately, their sales and growth could not sustain the storefront. In August of 2024, Easy Breezy closed their store. As of now, they have pivoted to selling their products in a shared space with a company called Red Bird Produce and from their online store. They pride themselves on being the only low-waste shop in Birmingham and bring affordable, non-toxic, good quality products to your home.
